Computer-Aided Dispatch
Dispatcher 8 integrates all aspects of operating and managing a taxi control centre. A total environment for the automatic processing of taxi bookings is created, from the initial entry of customer details, through to the allocation of the most suitable taxi and transmission of job details to the driver.
Real-Time Passenger Information (RAPID™)
Our real-time passenger information (RTPI) and GPS-based systems are revolutionizing public transport by providing passengers up-to-the-moment arrival and departure information. RAPID™ also helps the driver stick to their schedule, and gives fleet management better visibility of vehicle tracking. Speed Alerting Systems
Sigtec’s ZoneAlert system is able to draw driver’s attention to the reduced speed limit by flashing high intensity LED lights on existing Regulatory Speed signs. The resulting reduction of traffic speed improves safety in the school zone as witnessed at hundreds of school sites. The ZoneAlert system can also be utilized successfully in entertainment or shopping zones to enhance pedestrian safety.
Mobile Digital Video Systems
The fully integrated MDV system is easy-to-use, secure, and its universal architecture makes it compatible with equivalent mobile computer systems. The system includes a Mobile Digital Video Recorder, front and rear compact video cameras, a wireless microphone and touch-screen enabled software.
Transcend Gateway
