Sigtec announces New European Regional Office - Glasgow, United Kingdom

We have moved to our new offices in Glasgow to strengthen our commitment to the UK/Eire market for both sales and service. The regional office will expand to cover all three portfolios of Taxi, Public Transport and Critical Communications solutions across Europe.
It also provides additional global support to northern hemisphere customers in North America. The Glasgow office will continue to grow to support our new and existing customers in the region. This is a great boost to our UK capability and is a new dawn in our representation in the region.
This upgrade of capability is about delivering:
- To ensure that with a growing customer base our customer service is visible, robust and exceeds our customer’s expectations
- Platform for expansion of other portfolios
- That our sales and service facilities are modern and support the excellence required by our customers
- Enhanced account management
- Standardisation of customer service management to build customer loyalty.
- We look forward to driving the standard in the industry for service excellence in supporting our existing and future taxi dispatch systems and mobile data technology
