Raywood founded. Began producing simple bid systems to aid
voice job dispatch solutions.

First fully computerised job dispatch solution installed
at West Suburban Taxis, Melbourne, Australia. This system
was one of the first in the world to provide fully automatic
taxi area/zone plotting job dispatch.

1992
|
DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology was incorporated
into Raywood's Mobile Data Terminal to carry out modem functions.
This enabled great improvements in data decoding.

1995
|
Raywood delivered its first dispatch system that used General
Positioning System (GPS) satellites in the job dispatch process
to determine the closest vehicle to the customer. It is believed
this was the first system in the world to use GPS based Automatic
Vehicle Location (AVL) in this manner. Since then, the majority
of Raywood's customers have installed GPS in their fleets.

Raywood delivered and installed a taxi dispatch and driver
monitoring system to the Dubai Transport Corporation. This
system has grown to almost 3,000 taxis, and is one of the
largest dispatch and driver monitoring system of its kind
in the world.

Raywood developed the world's first digital security camera;
the Raywood SnapShot designed primarily for the harsh in-vehicle
environment.

1998
|
DELTA Taxis, Liverpool became Raywood's first UK customer.
This fully automatic dispatch system has become the showpiece
for the entire UK taxi industry.

2000
|
Taxi-Blu in Milan, Italy became Raywood's largest European
customer. This computerised GPS dispatch system supports the
entire consortium of four separate taxi companies with a combined
fleet size of 2,500 taxis.

Raywood established its European office in Essex, UK

October - Raywood secured two computerised GPS dispatch systems
in the USA. Airport & Airline Taxi Cab Corporation, Minneapolis
and Checker Cabs Cincinnati. Both are Coach USA fleets.

Raywood joined forces with Siemens VDO Automotive Pty Ltd
to provide a Satellite Navigation and GPS Dispatch System
solution. The solution allows drivers to be dispatched work
and directed to pick-up/destination addresses via a satellite
navigation system.

and selected Seattle, Washington as its international sales
