Interactive Voice Response

The integration of interactive voice response (IVR) systems with the Raywood job dispatch solution saves a considerable amount of time when booking jobs, particularly during busy periods. Raywood has worked with the leading providers of speech technology worldwide to integrate speech recognition technology, including touch-tone IVRs, text to speech and full speech recognition solutions with the Raywood dispatch solution.
